• Mandatory Safety & Governance Protocols: In a bid to protect athlete welfare and ensure operational excellence, the Federation reviewed mandatory safety and compliance protocols. Concurrently, strategies were established to strengthen the governance capacity of the GESF, ensuring institutional transparency and long-term sustainability.

• International Representation & Domestic Competitiveness: The executive committee reviewed Ghana’s strategic participation roadmap for upcoming events and partnerships, ensuring national selections and conditions are optimized to position the discipline and Ghana prominently on the global stage.
