The National Sports Authority has instructed the Ghana Esports Federation to be progressive in implementing participation and improving the performance of the sports. The Ghana Esports Federation (GESF), the exclusive regulating organization of Esports in Ghana is dedicated to developing potential among the youth while also providing more jobs. The National Sports Authority has pledged to support the Ghana Esports Federation(GESF) in its efforts to develop the Esports in Ghana.

The NSA has also encouraged private entities and other stakeholders to fund, develop and promote Esports in the country. Jeffrey Owusu, a representative of the National Sports Authority, stated during the press launch that the Ghana Esports Federation must be accountable to Ghanaians.

The National Sports Authority is responsible for developing, organizing, promoting and managing competitive and social sports in Ghana.
